How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message we send you

After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. TGA Truck Driving School and participating carriers, including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent data with any third party. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will only be used to send communications described in this section.

  • Service Providers: Technology vendors who operate our platform, SMS delivery services (e.g., Twilio), and cloud storage providers — only to the extent necessary to provide services to you. These vendors are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose beyond what is required to deliver those services.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention
