Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month. During active training periods, message frequency may be higher based on your program schedule and instructor communications.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages depends on your carrier network and is not guaranteed. TGA Truck Driving School is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or network conditions.

Our online platform is provided to authorized users — enrolled students and TGA Truck Driving School staff — for the purposes of managing enrollment, training records, compliance documentation, and communications.

Enrollment in TGA Truck Driving School's CDL training program is governed by your signed Enrollment Agreement. These Terms do not supersede or replace your Enrollment Agreement. In the event of a conflict, your Enrollment Agreement controls with respect to program-specific obligations.
Program availability, schedules, tuition, and curriculum are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
All content on our platform and website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software — is the property of TGA Truck Driving School or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Our platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TGA Truck Driving School and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to TGA Truck Driving School in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date and, where appropriate, by email or SMS notification. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
